Stop The Stink

On January 14, Durham Region Works Committee discussed a report submitted by the Commissioner of Works as to why the odour control facility should be built here. The Committee did not accept the report and asked the Commissioner to submit a new one that will include a study on whether the odour control facility can be placed in York and if so, at what cost.
